Tim Ross, President and CEO

A sales and marketing veteran, Tim co-founded Mudlick Mail and propelled the company into a $47 million operation that has helped thousands of businesses develop sustainable sales growth. Tim oversees all aspects of the business, ensuring that Mudlick fulfills its mission of delivering high-quality, comprehensive service without compromise.

Before helping to launch Mudlick in 2008, Tim served as a regional account manager for Valassis, one of the nation’s largest media and marketing services companies. He first gained insight into the advertising world as an account executive at Cox Media.

Tim also has significant experience in the information technology sector, earned at the IT training firm TechTrain, where he helped the company’s leadership open a new training center in Orlando, Fla. He also he sold staffing services to large IT and banking clients at CDI a national recruiting firm in Charlotte, NC. Tim started his career as a regional program manager for the State of Florida’s Department of Corrections.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

Zenon Olbrys, CFO

Zenon is a financial and operational business expert, who has specialized in start-ups, business transformations and high-growth companies.

Zenon most recently served as CFO for PCC Technology Group, where he led financial and strategic management for the company and prepared the firm for an eventual sale. He also founded MoreHouse Finance Company, which provided loans to fund home improvement projects.

Zenon also served in executive positions for a variety of multinational corporations in Europe, including the Bank of Moscow and Kraft Foods Group, now known as Mondelez International.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Central Connecticut State University and his MBA from The Ohio State University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program in Global Leadership at the University of Oxford.

Kyle Kinzie, Vice President of Sales

Kyle joined Mudlick in 2016, with more than 16 years of global sales and executive management experience and has built a reputation for growing and scaling both emerging and Fortune 500 companies.  Kyle’s primary focus within Mudlick is to develop and execute the sales growth strategy with the support of his entire organization.

Kinzie joined Mudlick Mail from First Billing Services, where he served as Partner and Vice President of Sales.  He was tasked with building the sales organization from the ground up, including value proposition, infrastructure, personnel and strategy.

Kinzie also held numerous leadership roles within Cintas Corporation, Unisource Worldwide and RR Donnelley.  At Cintas, Kyle pioneered the Document Management Global Account Team, the Document Management division was recently sold for $250 Million.

A graduate of Miami University, Kinzie began his career with RR Donnelley, one of the largest print and digital communications companies in the world.  Kinzie’s last role within RR Donnelley was Directing the National Account Sales Organization.

 Jason Forrester, Vice President of Operations

Jason has worked with Mudlick since 2014. He has over 15 years of experience developing and managing direct response marketing programs for retail and franchise groups. At Mudlick, Jason oversees the production, process and delivery of direct mail campaigns and helps small businesses grow their customer count and revenue.

Jason has spent the bulk of his career in the direct marketing industry. He started his career as a media planner for Market First Inc., which specializes in marketing and advertising campaigns for the automotive, electronics, retail and restaurant industry sectors. Jason held several positions at the company, eventually working his way up to serve as a system manager/ analyst. He also previously served as a project manager and key account manager at Red Rhino Market Group, where he designed, produced, and distributed quarterly reports and promotional materials to over 20,000 NAPA Stores and AutoCare Centers.

Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University.
